We were asked by our strategic partners to develop a staff incentive website to boost productivity, motivation and competitiveness within the ranks of Virgin Media.

Staff at Virgin Media now compete for vouchers, electrical goods and holidays with the Virgin Media Edge system. Every month their individual sales data is uploaded to the website and processed to create a unique league based system of rewards and incentives.

The website has been a huge hit with the 2000+ staff that use the site on a daily basis. The system took a month to build and has a fantastic range of reporting and analysis of sales data.
