1.1 "Agreement" means any agreement made subject to these Conditions which shall incorporate these Conditions.
1.2 "The Company" means BlueBox Media UK of Carrington House 16 Langdale Grove, Corby, Northants, NN17 2DG.
2. All estimates are valid 30 days from issue.
3. Data input is charged separately and is not part of development estimates.
4. Websites developed by The Company will have a small footer link to the The Company website. If this is to be removed from the website, an additional fee of £75 is payable.
5. Invoices are payable after 30 days.
6. Late payments will be charged at an additional £4 per day.
7. Hosting & Domain Names are renewed automatically annually. Please give notice of 30 days before the renewal to cancel an account.
8. A deposit of at least 25% is required before a project is started. The deposit will be removed from the final invoice.
9. The Company, BlueBox Hosting and/or Michael Brown are not responsible for any content published on websites hosted or developed by The Company. Responsibility for content is purely that of the clients.
10. Any illegal content found on the servers/websites provided by the Company remains the clients responsibility and will be reported to the correct authorities.
11. If the agreement is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be liable for any costs of purchases or labour made on the clients behalf incurred up to the date of cancellation.
12. Pricing can change without notice.
13. Any disputes over payments/invoices should be done within 7 days of the invoice issue date.
14. Emails confirming work can be used as a purchase order.
